❄ First Echo: Lucy, Hikari, whatever you wanted to call her, had grown up in a temperate climate, one where, if snow fell at all (and that, rarely), it fell for a few hours, accumulated a gentle inch or two at most, and then melted into slush and sunshine. Tours had gone through places with harsher winters, but mostly in the summer when travel to the next show would not be delayed. So her first encounter with a real, proper Nor'Easter snowstorm her first winter in Locke City, was a revelation, in more ways than one. The howling storm shut down parts of the East Coast for days, and in all that howling wind and eerie, crystalline silence, there was a voice, but only for her. That is the voice of her Zanpaktou, though she does not know this yet. Gained: The voice of her zanpakutou.

❄ Second Echo:
From interacting with vermini in the city, she got a weapon with which to defend herself: a sword. Gained: Just a plain-looking katana with no apparent special powers other than the general sword one of being sharp.

❄ Third Echo:
From taking the aforementioned vermini's attack directly to her shoulder due to a combination of 'wat do' with a sword and the side-effects of an Echo. Gained: a memory of stabbing a teenage boy (Asian, but with orange hair) in the moonlight and streetlight, with no knowledge of why she did such a thing or who the boy is, besides two names.

❄ Fourth Echo:
From drinking the tainted water, and a lot of it at that. Gained: a memory of stabbing and killing 'Kaien-dono', in the rain, with no idea why. Literally everything is stabbing

Notes: Though Hikari is doing her level best to be incognito while at the university in Locke City, she is rather well-known, especially if your character is into syrupy pop or alt-pop singers, so feel free to have characters recognize her in a 'hey, aren't you that...' sort of way.
